1. We do not sell personal data
Deadroom Ventures LLC, doing business as Nexus Client Ops, does not sell, rent or lease personal information to third parties. Under Nevada law (NRS 603A.345) Nevada residents may ask us not to sell their covered information. We do not sell it, and you can confirm that request at any time by email.
2. What this site does
This website has no analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or third-party scripts. The forecaster runs in your browser; the numbers you type stay on your device and are not sent to us. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent to deliver the site and keep it secure.
3. Email
If you email us, for example to join the launch list, we keep your message and address so we can reply and tell you when checkout opens. Ask us to delete them and we will.
4. Payments
When checkout opens, payment will be handled by a third-party payment platform such as Stripe. We will not collect or store full card numbers on this site. We keep transaction records as needed for taxes and to fulfil orders.
